As a pianist, Justin enjoys nothing more than coaching and performing with singers. Although he specializes in lyric diction, he is also confident coaching interpretation, style, and performance practice for song, opera, and musical theatre.

Fitch has worked as a rehearsal pianist and coach for Austin Peay State University's opera theatre, the Austrian-American Mozart Academy, and the University of Maryland Opera Studio. Full productions include La cambiale di matrimonio, Bastien und Bastienne, and Le nozze di Figaro.

Having studied voice for five years, Fitch has an advantage as a coach when working on performance and understanding vocal technique. During his undergraduate studies, he played the roles of Bartley in RVW's Riders to the Sea, Peter in Humperdinck's Hansel und Gretel, and Dr. Daley in G&S's The Sorcerer.
